Join Karen & Joel Schulman on an inspirational journey in Counties Mayo and Donegal, for an opportunity to expand your personal vision, make new friends and experience a very special place through new eyes.

Going to Ireland is like going home again. This photo tour is focused on the real Ireland - the areas that tourists don't often see. We'll stay in two lovely cities, Westport in County Mayo and Donegal Town on the Donegal Peninsula. This new itinerary was designed to give us time to explore the broad peat lowlands, colorful villages and ancient abbeys of County Mayo as well as the megalithic ruins, fishing villages and the dramatic coastline of County Donegal.

Karen has been leading photo tours to Ireland since 1998. She and Joel have also done some bicycle touring there. They both have an affinity with the local people, their culture, and enjoy sharing their favorite locations with tour participants. Karen believes that participating in a photo tour is about more than making great photographs. It's a journey of personal growth and self-discovery!

In this fun and inspirational workshop, you'll learn a variety of techniques to enhance all of your iPhone photography, including fine art, snapshots, travel and family photos. Learn features of the newer iPhone cameras, easy image retouching, adding textures, and other creative effects, borders, text and more. You'll learn a workflow to process your images on your iPhone or iPad using a variety of inexpensive photo apps, and which apps are best for which tasks. You can even work on images made with another camera!

Long a mystery to many Americans, and off limits for many decades, Cuba is a country that shares its charisma on many levels - the welcoming Cuban peole, the beat of the music, eclectic architecture, cobbled streets, rugged mountains, the beautiful and lush countryside, the taste of rum and lots more!

This US State Dept. licensed "Support for the Cuban People" tour is designed for you to learn about the history and culture of an eclectic island nation, while you have endless opportunities to create memorable photographic images.

We'll photograph the warm and friendly Cuban people, incredible architecture, colorful mid-century autos, landscapes, seascapes and more, while we travel across the countryside and on to Havana. You will be introduced to the rich culture and strong-willed people of Havana as well as the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Valley of the Sugar Mills, the colonial town of Trinidad and the less traveled area of Playa Larga on Cuba's Southern coast as well as the slower paced countryside of the Pinar del Rio Province.
